    WoW Booty Workout! 

    Hey guys!

    I know it has been a while! I’m sorry for that BUT I haven’t forgotten ya’ll!

    As you know, this blog is called Nerd Girl Get Fit and I didn’t start out wanting to just blog about my experience losing weight! I wanted to create nerdy workouts!

    Fitness- Making Things Explode Since 2013! 

    Hello Ladies (maybe some gentlemen)!! Did you start your weightloss journey today?? Did you atleast find your motivation? Tell me about it! Let me know why you are choosing to change your life!

     Today was tougher than most for me! I woke up this morning CRAVING a glass of Mountain Dew (my weakness!)! I almost gave in; seriously, I was soooo close to just reaching for the bottle and poring myself a huge glass to kick my day off… BUT I told myself that I have hurt for the past six days and I refuse to let it be for nothing!

     Two glasses of water later and I was ready for my breakfast and since Mondays are generally my leg and glute days I decided that a boiled egg would be the route to go so that I would get some of my protein in bright and early! Unfortunately the “gods of egg-y goodness” were not on my side today because after I placed my eggs in their water bath and popped them into the microwave for 8 minutes my eggs exploded which caused my microwave to explode and shattered the revolving glass plate!! Now I am without a microwave and didn’t get my eggs for breakfast like I was hoping to!

     The rest of my day wasn’t so terribly bad however! It did take me a while to get around to actually doing any exercise today though.. maybe it was just monday morning drag! Below is a list of my workout today for my legs:

    Heel Pulses (20x)

    Single Leg Raises (20x)

    Frogger Pops (20x)

    Vertical Scissors (20x)

    I also started with beginners yoga:
